This year, we are partnering with Paris Photo and the Carte Blanche Students program to provide emerging talents with a curated educational experience.
Amongst the 20 students finalist of the 2025 Carte Blanche Students program, the jury selected four emerging artists whose projects will be showcased at Gare de Lyon and their portfolios will be presented at Paris Photo.

They are Tom Lyon (KASK School of Arts, Belgium), Mirielle Rohr (ÉCAL, Switzerland), Kim-Camille Kreuz (Kunstakademie Düsseldorf & ENSBA Paris – Germany / France), and Viktoriia Tymonova (UMPRUM, Prague – Czech Republic). Their projects cover different topics and photographic techniques, questioning the imagery and narratives surrounding European border politics and control, reflecting on the world of sharenting and child influencers, exploring the spaces between object and absence, and addressing conspiracy theories.
The Carte Blanche laureates will have the opportunity to apply to the FUTURES Residency Program in Amsterdam in 2026, a month-long residency period at the FUTURES Hub to further develop their personal projects.
In less than two weeks, we will meet in Paris for the 28th edition of Paris Photo, along with the international community of artists and professionals of the photography sector.
