The grand performance of manhood: Mirielle Rohr in conversation with Lotte Houwink ten Cate
Berlin-born Mirielle Rohr is a visual artist and photographer currently based in Paris. Her future-oriented work merges analogue photography, AI, ceramics and sculpture to examine the online representation and aesthetics of gender and its relation to power, misogyny and consumption. In her latest project Red Pill - The manosphere, Rohr explores online spaces targeting men, from incel-forums and PickUp communities to looksmaxxing.
