Photography Organisation Organ Vida is a leading Croatian institution for promoting and researching contemporary expanded photography practices in Croatia and abroad since its foundation in 2008. It is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation dedicated to showing the works of emerging and established photographers, and to creating platforms for knowledge exchange, education and research.

International Photography Festival Organ Vida is a biannual photography festival that takes place in the Museum of Contemporary art in Zagreb, Croatia. The festival gathers international young contemporary artists with the common pursuit to advance the art and practice of contemporary image-based practices, and ignite conversations about critical and global socio-political issues. Our programs include exhibitions, lectures, performances and workshops reflecting on contemporary image production. We are focused on the production and distribution of new artworks and cultural projects, as well on research in the field of contemporary photography and theory.
