Claude Bühler's artistic narrative transcends the traditional realms of art, merging her roles as an artist, photographer, and sound researcher. Emphasizing the creative process over the final product, Bühler's approach to photography and music is both exploratory and deeply personal, involving intense research and engagement with her subjects.

In her ongoing work cycle "Resistant Tales," Bühler uses photography and sound to explore spaces beyond societal norms and constraints. This work is a testament to her belief in art's power to create transformative experiences and to pause in the present moment. Her camera and microphones capture subtle nuances of self-connection and natural interactions, bringing to life the sounds and imagery of a world often overlooked.

Bühler's involvement in the collective "Salon Vert" is another testament to her dedication to feminist and social issues, reflecting her belief in the power of community in the art world. This DIY-studio and feminist network, which she founded, addresses a gap in the male-dominated Eastern Swiss music scene, emphasizing the need for collaborative, anti-hierarchical practices.

Rooted in a desire to dismantle rigid structures and forge new pathways, Claude Bühler's work unveils social and creative spaces ripe for exploration and growth. Her art, transcending mere visual experience, becomes a catalyst for personal and societal change, inviting viewers to engage in introspection, dialogue, and transformation.

Samira Gollin’s practice, rooted in historical research and imaginative storytelling, offers a fresh and intriguing approach to visual arts. Gollin, a recent graduate in Visual Communication from Hochschule der Künste Bern, combines photography, text, and digital media elements. Her residency in Liguria, Italy, inspired "Leave no stone unturned," where she explored the mystical and historical significance of menhirs. Gollin's deep engagement with local stories led to recontextualizing her findings into new, fictional narratives that blur reality and imagination lines.

Gollin's work, marked by a keen sensitivity to history and narrative layers, often involves meticulously collecting materials—photographs, videos, interviews, texts, and objects—which she assembles into cohesive, thought-provoking narratives. Her use of analog techniques like scanning, printing, cutting, and collaging creates multilayered works that are visually striking and content-rich. Her work invites viewers on a journey through time, exploring our shared history's mystical origins, and reflecting on narrative power in shaping our world understanding.

Beyond individual projects, Gollin's involvement with Kunst Kollektiv Langenthal KOLA, co-founded in 2020, demonstrates her commitment to cultural engagement and community building. This collective, along with her promotion of young cultural creators, underscores her dedication to fostering a vibrant cultural scene in Langenthal.
