Gonzague Rebetez

Gonzague Rebetez is the coordinator for mediation and exchanges at Photoforum Pasquart and an interdisciplinary artist. With a scientific background in the physics of light and bioelectronics, his academic work has received several awards, and he has organized numerous events fostering dialogue between art, science, and society. After completing his PhD, he co-founded the collective WÆXE, where he brings his expertise in light, sensors, and algorithms into artistic practice. At the intersection of digital art, performance, and art-science, WÆXE’s performances and installations create immersive interactions between the body and responsive audiovisual environments. Alongside his artistic practice​, Gonzague regularly leads workshops on creative coding and artificial intelligence for diverse audiences.
